Company
Profile And History
PCM Pomeroy Construction & Maintenance Ltd. (PCM) was formed in1991 but its
family history dates back to the 1960's when Cyril Pomeroy formed Pomeroy
Engineering Ltd. in 1966. Since then, the Pomeroy name has been involved in
a wide scope of construction activities, completing numerous projects in the
residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.
During the 1990's, PCM experienced rapid growth in the newly emerging market
of "leaky condo" repair. PCM became a market leader in the remediation of
multi-family building envelopes, completing numerous buildings of all size,
scope and description.
Recently, PCM has developed and experienced growth in a related market
focusing on building envelope maintenance. PCM identified a lack of
attention to maintenance in both existing and newly remediated buildings.
We have developed a unique, specialized proactive building management
program that incorporates our various building envelope services into a
customer specific solution.

President's Message
Hi, I'm Bruce Pomeroy and welcome to our website. We hope that you will find
it informative and worth your visit. Over 40 years ago, my father Cyril
Pomeroy established Pomeroy Engineering and our family has been involved in
the local construction market ever since.
Pomeroy Construction & Maintenance, or "PCM" as it is widely known in the
industry, is a diversified construction company that has broad experience in
the residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.
In the early 1990's, PCM became one of the leading companies servicing the
newly emerging "leaky condo" market. We have remediated and serviced
literally hundreds of buildings and have developed specialized knowledge and
experience in building envelope technology.
Every building needs to be maintained. In our West Coast climate, the need
to protect our building envelopes from moist external conditions is a very
important issue.
Whether you are a private home owner, or an owner in a strata or co-op, you
need to have an organized proactive program of periodic inspections and
maintenance of your building envelope. At PCM, we have developed a
proprietary maintenance and inspection program that can be customized to
meet your buildings specifics and budget.
