PCM keeps a wide variety of trades on staff in order to keep sub-contracts to a minimum. Using our own workers ensures that finishes are installed properly and meet company standards of quality. It also enables PCM to keep tighter control on project schedule and allows the flexibility to make changes to the scope of work as the project progresses while minimizing the impact to the budget and schedule.
